Screens, slatted partitions, feature panels, staircase elements and architectural details measured, set out and installed according to approved drawings, material and site conditions.
Existing floors are assessed for damage, movement, staining, previous coatings and remaining sanding allowance. Where suitable, Timberplus uses professional Bona sanding, dust-containment and waterborne finishing systems with the agreed sheen and coating specification.

Marble condition is assessed before cleaning, stain treatment, grinding, honing or polishing is recommended. The process is selected according to the stone, level of wear, staining and required finish. Faber professional stone-care products may be used where appropriate to the treatment plan.

Homogeneous tiles can lose clarity and develop traffic wear, ingrained dirt and an uneven appearance over time. After assessing the tile condition, Timberplus recommends suitable deep cleaning, resurfacing or polishing to improve appearance and ease of maintenance where practical.
